  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

6. Refunds and Returns Policy

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be sent back with all tags attached, in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges have a 80EGP processing & handling fee.
  • To start an exchange/ return, please refer to the following exchange &returns page to submit a request.
  • Refunds take up to 7 business days to be completed once your request is approved. The only way to process your request is through email [info@shopbunnies.net]. We do not process returns/exchanges through Instagram.

  • Users may post reviews, comments, and other content as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
